My name is Tabitha. I am a very bad cat. I love attention. I even try to distract my humans when they use their computers or watch TV. I know that I'm much more entertaining anyway!

I really like to drink water. Found water tastes the best. Sometimes one of my humans gets upset when I drink water that is sitting on the ground with things sitting in it that she calls paint brushes (I like to chew on those sometimes). I don't know why. The water might have a funny colour, but it still tastes good! I was also drinking water out of this convenient porcelain thing in the bathroom, but now my human closes the lid so I can't do that. I don't understand why she wants to deprive me of water!

I also like to catch flies and other bugs and eat them. And I have some toys I like to play with too. The mice covered in rabbit fur are lots of fun! The're also tasty :)

I like to chew on things, including paintbrushes, the corners of dresser drawers, and the hair clips one of my humans wears (usually she uses them to keep her hair up, so they are conveniently in biting range when I sit on her shoulder). I also like to chew on long strands of grass, to keep the grass at the right height. Sometimes I get sick after, but that's probably a coincidence.

When the weather is nice outside, I like to go into the ravine behind our house and sit in my secret spot. There are trees and bushes and flowers all around me; so nobody can see me. I also like to go hide under a cedar tree that my humans have nicknamed the "muffin tree" in my honour. It's a nice place to hide if my humans aren't nearby. That way the dogs and strange people who pass by can't see me.

When there was another cat here, Spotty, sometimes I would eat her food. My food just wasn't good enough! It was also fun to play with her, or take naps together. When she left, I felt lonely and looked for her for a while. But she's never come home :(

Now I don't want to be friends with any other cats. I don't trust them. I don't like it when strange cats come onto my property. I didn't give them permission!

My birthday is October 26. Due to my superb ability for being irresistably cute, I succeeded in being purchased on the wonderful date of December 12th, 1998.

When a human holds me, I like to sit on their shoulder. It's a comfortable, warm place for me to sit and gives me the opportunity to cuddle them as much as I want! I prefer the left shoulder, but sometimes I'll sit on a right shoulder. I also like to roll on concrete and sometimes in dry dirt. It feels neat.
